The Tuning, Toning and Talking program is an alternate form of aerobic exercise which uses your own body weight as resistance.
Where: Civic Center, 3001-17th Street
When: Monday and Friday
Time: 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Cost: $1.00 per class
This program is for adults 18 years of age and older.

This program is low-impact and is designed to improve your health, balance and reduce stress. It’s great for the beginners and the young at heart!

Chair volleyball is played with 6 players seated in chairs (or a wheelchair) on each side of the net.

Cost: $1 per class
Pickleball is a fun sport for everyone that combines tennis, ping-pong and badminton. It is played on a badminton court with the net lowered to 34" at the center, using a perforated plastic baseball (similar to a whiffle ball) and wood or composite paddles.
Where: Civic Center, Gym B
When: Tuesday and Thursday
Time:10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Cost: $1.00 per person, per day

When: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, October through April
