For water, backflow, or sewer concerns, Toho Water Authority should be contacted first at 407-957-7344 prior to plumbing contractors to evaluate if the service of a plumber is necessary. If a plumber is contracted first, Toho Water Authority will not assume responsibility for incurred costs.

START/STOP/TRANSFER SERVICE

We are happy to assist you with all of your water service needs. To start/stop/transfer service, call Toho Water Authority Customer Service at 407-957-7344, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. You can also visit us in person at City Hall, 1300 9th Street, inside the lobby on the 1st floor of building A, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
