Our Citizens Information line is open 24 hours a day until the storm has passed. The number is 407-957-7161.
Osceola County also has a Citizens Information Line, which is staffed daily until 5 p.m. at 407-742-0000.
The City is suspending Solid Waste pickups scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 10 (Recycling and Special Pickups). Please DO NOT place items at the curb for pickup that day. They can become projectiles during the storm. Items scheduled for pickup that day will be picked up next Thursday, Nov. 17. We expect to resume normal collection schedules on Friday, Nov. 11.
CITY OFFICES CLOSED
City offices are closed through Thursday due to Tropical Storm Nicole. City offices also are closed Friday in observance of Veterans Day. We will reopen on Monday, Nov. 14.
The City’s Transfer Station will be closed on Thursday, Nov. 10.
Please secure any items that may become airborne during a storm, including campaign signs. Our Code Enforcement team has removed signs in city right of way. If you have any at your home or business, please secure them before the storm arrives.
The City of St. Cloud Solid Waste Division is owned and operated by the City of St. Cloud.
The men and women of the St. Cloud Solid Waste Division are dedicated to set the standard of excellence for customer service. Our focus is to be courteous, considerate, and strive to be creative problem solvers for our customers, who we also recognize as our partnered business owners.
The Solid Waste Division is a multi million dollar enterprise fund and receives no revenue from the City's taxes. The operations are solely funded by monthly sanitation fees, franchise fee revenue, and Transfer Station fees.

City of St. CLoud residents curbside pickup
residents are reminded to have bins at the curb before 7 am on the day of collection.

HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS DISPOSAL
A drop-off area is available at the St. Cloud Transfer Station for household hazardous materials. This service is for residential customers only. Commercial customers must call 407-742-7750 for disposal information.
