Emergency Management
Welcome to the City of St. Cloud's Emergency Management website
The City of St. Cloud is committed to building a resilient community that is prepared for any disaster. This website will provide information to residents, businesses, and visitors on how to stay safe before, during, and after an emergency. You can find resources on how to create an emergency plan, how to prepare your home and family, and how to stay informed about current threats.
We also offer a variety of resources on emergency preparedness. Whether you are a business owner, a community leader, or a concerned citizen, we have the resources you need to be prepared for the unexpected.
The City of St. Cloud has adopted Osceola County's Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan, or CEMP. The plan's framework provides direction on when to activate and how to operate the County's Emergency Operations Center (EOC) in an event of a disaster. For more information, please visit the Osceola County Emergency management website.
