Economic Development

St. Cloud offers an ideal atmosphere for businesses to grow and prosper. The City is located just minutes away from Orlando, the Orlando International Airport, and the Medical City at Lake Nona, as well as the Space Coast. Its proximity to Florida's Turnpike, SR 417 and other key transportation corridors provide easy access to all major cities in Florida.

St. Cloud is steeped in tradition and heritage, but continues to effectively develop as an ideal  community in which to live, work, and play. City staff continue to explore ways to make the community "business positive." Our Economic Development office works to assists companies interested in establishing themselves within the City, and  works to implement the City's incentives programs.
